Singer/songwriter Joan Wasser aka Joan As Police Woman, is a longtime musician playing backup for such acts as Lou Reed, Sheryl Crow, Elton John, the Scissor Sisters, Antony and the Johnsons, Rufus Wainwright and a list of many others. Now it's her turn to shine with her 2011 album release "The Deep Field". Her first single entitled, 'The Magic', is reminiscent of Fiona Apple with her personal lyrics and melodies packing a power-punch that'll have you swaying and singing back the lyrics in no time.
