So it's no secret that I think Mister Daniel Day-Lewis is one of the greatest actors of my generation. I will go as far as to say that Daniel-Day Lewis' acting abilities are not only as powerful as the Great Smoky Mountains that channel along the Tennessee-North Carolina border but his solid performances show a depth that is truly incomparable and mesmerizing. With that brings great excitement and anticipation with the news that Daniel Day-Lewis will portray the 16th President of the United States in the Spielberg-directed film entitled, "Lincoln"!
The synopsis of the film is said to be a, "political collision of Abraham Lincoln and the powerful men of his cabinet on the road to abolition and the end of the Civil War."
“Daniel Day-Lewis would have always been counted as one of the greatest of actors, were he from the silent era, the golden age of film or even some time in cinema’s distant future,” Steven Spielberg stated. “I am grateful and inspired that our paths will finally cross with Lincoln.”
Let the countdown begin kidddas...!
