Serge Gainsbourg Is Relaxing On A Winter's Day
By now, you've recognized that Serge Gainsbourg is no stranger to our pages here. Snapped on the harbor of a French village during the 1960's in the photo above, Mister Gainsbourg demonstrates that minimal threads sometimes is best choice during this winter weather. A pea coat parred along with a moody color-toned turtleneck sweater fits just right and showcases a relaxed but yet dapper look.well-dressed and elegant this Winter.
Tune: All the things you are.
"Serge Gainsbourg (p), Elek Bacsik (g), Michel Gaudry (b) 1964 RTBF."
"One of Serge Gainsbourg's earliest works from 1958 about a little man who works in a hole, makes holes all day, the last one may be in his own head. Thanks to philipchek of YouTube and Paris for turning me on to this great song and for help with the translation."
"Edited sequence from the French movie "La Pacha" (1968). Serge Gainsbourg singing "Requiem pour un con" (Requiem for a Jerk).
Tune: Bloody Jack. Year 1968
