She was the 16-year-old Russian fashion designer and daughter of a billionaire businessman who launched a ton of boutiques in the U.S. last year only to close them all down just a few month later. See the details in happier times. Now 17, the designer plans to come back and open only 2 boutiques in L.A.. This time one will be called K.Plastinina (instead of Kira Plastinina) and the other, Pink Square (remember that obsession with pink?). We hear that their are plans for a high-end line in the works.
