New York "it" girl Tinsley Mortimer & Serena Bancroft hosted a girly tea party for teens over the weekend at Samantha Thavasa's Upper East Side shop. The girls noshed on mini cupcakes and refreshments, enjoyed makeovers by Christian Dior and checked out Tinsley's latest collection for the Japanese handbag company.
