September is one of the most important months in the fashion industry. The biggest fashion weeks take place in New York, Milan, Paris, and London along with one of the largest and most anticipated magazine issues of the year.
The cover girls have been announced and Keira Knightley will be appearing on Vogue's issue.
Over at Elle they have decided to go with Jessica Simpson, who has a country-music album coming out later this year. Jessica has always been a popular cover-girl, her March 2007 cover was the best-selling issue last year and when she was featured on the September 2004 cover it sold the most issues the magazine had seen in the past seven years.
Glamour will feature Penélope Cruz, Cosmopolitan went with a younger actress and will feature Blake Lively (Gossip Girl), and Teen Vogue will be going with Vanessa Hudgens (High School Musical).
