The Fashion Show

Chicago designer Kristin Hassan of OrganiK Revolution has been chosen as one of the contestants of new reality show on Bravo, The Fashion Show with Isaac Mizrahi, Fern Mallis and Kelly Roland.
In her publicity photo on Bravo's website, Kristin wears another Chicago designer - Kate Boggiano's Isadora Blouse, $139.95.

Prada's "Waist Down" Exhibit

Spinning onto the scene is an artistic display of skirts by Miuccia Prada. Not only captivating because of their originality, but also because of the creative angle that Prada is deciding to place on the “Waist Down” skirts. This exhibit is heading to Seoul, Korea and will be displayed in a Prada Transformer which is in the shape of a huge tetrahedron displaying various cross cultural art - live screenings, fashion shows and events. The purpose of the exhibit is to demonstrate the movements of the human body from the waist down while displaying flawless patterns and prints showcasing skirts in motion. Tours will be conducted in Shanghai and Hong Kong and a cocktail party will be hosted on April 23^rd to fete the inaugural exhibition that will take place in the Transformer of the “Waist Down” exhibit. The exhibition will also take place at the Prada Epicenter in New York from April 19^th to May 31^st.
