Dsquared2 Eyewear Launch

Marcolin USA has taken a new high-end eyewear brand under their already impressive umbrella. With brands like Tom Ford, Mont Blanc, Roberto Cavalli and Ferrari Eyewear represented, it’s now time for the fashion forward Dsquared2 to take over the eyewear market and this had to be celebrated.

The Right Loft, the beautiful loft setting on West Institute, set the tone for the sophistication of the event. Romantic white couches, flat screens showing the latest Dsquared2 runway shows, gin and tequila cocktails, mini wraps and cheesy treats all set the bar high for upcoming eyewear launches.

The Dsquared2 eyewear line is what you would have expected from the Canadian twins. Inspired by 70s and 80s streetwear and hip-hop, the collection uses a lot of square shapes and ranges from classic black to trendy colors. Christine Scott of Marcolin USA told us, “You can’t be shy wearing this brand. It’s all about making fashion statements.”

And she couldn’t be more right. The cutting edge fashion sense of the world famous brand definitely comes through in their eyewear. With bright colors, gold accents and a price range from $300-$400, Dsquared2 isn’t settling for anything less than the best. For more information on the collection, visit www.dsquared2.com
