Their parties are known for bringing in some really big names in Hollywood. To kick off the festivities T Magazine hosted a party at the Raleigh Penthouse. The party brought in an interesting mix of people within the art, music and fashion industry. A few in attendance was Pharell, Naomi Campbell, Calvin Klein, Dasha Zhukova. Also Takashi Murakami, whom many of you may know from his collaboration with Louis Vuitton, was said to be the life of the party alongside Todd Eberle. Eberle was said to have picked up on Marc Jacobs trend of wearing a skirt/kilt. With all the festivities happening before the actual launch of the Art Basel, I think its safe to assume there definitely bigger and better parties to come.

The Art Basel Party Kicks Off
It's that time of year again for the art world's most famous week. For those of you who don't follow Art Basel, you should because it's the Fashion Week equivalent to art. Held every year in Switzerland and the U.S, it's an array of exhibits, film, architecture, design and of course parties.
