I always knew the Abbey has a great selection of baked goods (yes baked goods) but who knew they had the cocktail of all cocktails?
West Hollywood's 20-year-old gathering place, The Abbey, has just been named "Best Gay Bar in the World" for a second time in LOGO's annual Gay Travel Awards.
Once upon a time, The Abbey was just a small, cozy coffeehouse, which, over the years, has transformed into a food and drink destination for the West Hollywood community. A series of renovations, including one that is slated to be completed early next year, is helping the bar and restaurant better serve its ever-growing customer base.
In honor of their big gay award, The Abbey has created "The Best Gay Cocktail in the World," ($12). A portion of the proceeds from the sale of the cocktail will benefit The Trevor Project, one of The Abbey’s favorite charities.
